Scar Revision
Scar tissue forms as wounds heal from injuries or surgery. Occasionally, wounds can leave unsightly scars. Patients may additionally experience problems with their eyes including drooping eyelids, lid retraction (difficulty closing the eyes), eyelid margin deformities or notches, and misdirected lashes. Removing or revising the scar, as well as correcting these additional complications, can often drastically improve one’s appearance.
